Big O Tires

Brandy and Jason are really super nice and have looked out for me when I bring in any of my cars for service. They look for ways to save me some money, which is rear indeed in the auto service industry. As Arnold said "I'll be Back."

I have used Big O since I purchased tires for my truck a few years ago, and have had them do other services on other vehicles and have my daughter take her car to the one in Knoxville for services, she is in college there. And I feel they won’t try to take advantage of her

Caroline York and her staff were honest about what we needed (and didn't need), ordered the required parts, and got us back up and running quickly and efficiently. We can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back as needed!!!

I always get great service at Big O Tires. I brought in my van for 4 new tires, and then on the same day brought my daughters pickup in for 4 new tires. Troy, the service manager was outstanding, as were the other employees I spoke with.

The guys at my local Big O have been fantastic with every interaction I've had. I've always purchased tires from Discount Tire, but the service I received during an alignment was so great I decided to give Big O a try and I couldn't be more satisfied. My recent visit was a quick in and out for a rotation and balance, and I mean quick! I didn't have an appointment, but my truck was in the bay within minutes and I was back on the road in no time. I will definitely be recommending Big O to all my friends.

All around great experience. I had a front wheel bearing on a Ford Escape go out, called around town for estimates and Bog O gave me both the best price as well as the earliest appointment. They got me in first thing the next morning and 2.5 hours later it was fixed and rolling again for well under$300. I will definitely be doing business with them again
