My experience with Big O was extremely pleasant! Everyone at Big O on Memorial Blvd. in Murfreesboro, TN should be commended on their professionalism as well as their customer service. Thanks, again, to all who were a part of the service I received.

No one likes to spend time on a Saturday (or any day really) on car issues such as oil changes, tire rotations, etc...Big O Tires makes the process smooth and a pleasurable experience. The staff has been friendly but most important honest in their recommendations on what to do. We have lived here less than a year, but I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I needed to get our truck repaired to pass inspection for a new tag. We had two lights indicating problems. I called Big O Tires and asked if I could drop off the vehicle and request a ride back home. I spoke with Troy who told me yes to both questions. We are pleased with the work and I have Big O tires on my call list now. If asked, yes, I would recommend them to others.

your waiting area is the cleanest I've ever seen at any other auto repair. Very happy with service and prices. One small point is that we were told that you couldn't find a pigtail clip for our civic's tail light, and we might try a auto salvage yard. However My husband drove over to O'Reilly's auto parts and got the part immediately. That, however, is just a minor point. Very happy with overall quality and care
