Big O Tires

I had 7500 miles on tires I purchased at this store a few months ago and they have been great. It was Saturday but I wanted them checked for rotation and alignment. After saying that and that I could leave the car to the service rep, he just took my phone number and said he'd call when it was done. He had me on the computer so that was it. He got my car back in a timely manner and I'm a happy customer. Thanks Big O.

I have patronized Big O many times, and I will keep returning because the employees there truly know what customer service is. I have been completely satisfied with every transaction. They know how to keep customers returning.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Replaced stabilizer bushings on my Escalade. Parts $44, total cost with labor $136.00. Well worth the cost. I recommend them to anyone in need of vehicle repair. They are honest, something hard to find in today's society.

The staff was great! There was a piece of metal and a screw in my tire. They easily could have told me I needed a new tire, but they said repaired it for free! I will definately be back!!

My 1999 Ford Explorer had to have an oil pressure sensor replaced. As this is my primary work vehicle, I needed the repair done and the car back to me in the same day. I was impressed with the service and the people. This Big O location is close enough to my house I was able to drop the car off early Saturday morning and walk back to my home while waiting on the repair to be done. I plan to do MORE buiness with this shop in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Big O at this location! While I've always had a good experience with Big O in the past, Jason and his crew are exceptional in their service to customers and go above and beyond. While I do not know the name of the young man who mounted my new tires, I thank him from the bottom of my heart for taking the initiative to clean the wheel covers that were so badly caked with brake dust. That young man deserves a bonus and/or a raise! I will patronize your store whenever I have any future auto repair needs. Thank you!!
