Very friendly. Manager was fired earlier that day and the employees really stepped up. They did not know how to look up my BIG O tire credit to use for my purchase so I had to use debit card. That was the only bad thing about the visit

Troy was extremely helpful. My daughter-in-law took the vehicle in to determine the cause of a vibration in the front right. The staff determined the vehicle was in need of tires and had a broken tie-rod end. Parts and tires were ordered and repairs were completed. Excellent work!
