2nd visit to this establishment. Someone met me @ the door, staff courteous & friendly. It was just an oil change & tire rotation, & they got me in & out quickly.

i been all around the usa and all the stores are great but this one in tennesee takes the cake #1 in the nation, they really love there customers to death.

My experience with Big O Tires was very pleasant, Brandi is nice to deal with , she was fast and efficient and got the job done right, she notified me promptly with a detailed estimate of parts and labor and called as soon as it was ready. Job well done, Thank you. I will be in very soon for new Tires.

Did not replace my window cling reminder. This franchise is Veteran owned. The Team does a pretty good job identifying other Veterans.

Great experience at Big O Tires in Murfreesboro TN. I love veterans helping veterans. Even if it wasn't veterans helping veterans I would still use them for all my tires needs, because of the great service and friendly people there.

I had a very good experience when I came to Big O's. I just moved here from Missouri where I had purchased all new tires from Big O's there. I thought Big O's was only a tire store but my son, who lives here in Murfreesboro, told me I could also get my oil changed there! Brandi informed my that Big O's is a full service store which I was very happy to hear. I am sure I will be coming back there for all my oil changes and any other auto needs. Great customer service!
