We always get fast service at Big O. Service is always spot on and the costs are very reasonable. They have the lowest cost oil change in town.

Very impressed with the service and attention to detail. There's a very good work ethic and I noticed that the proper tools were being used for the job. I did not have to be concerned with improper specs, such as torques. My only issue was not having more options presented to me with respect to tire size and manufacturer. I did not want an increase in height over the stock height and would have preferred a more on-road tire with better handling to one that seems more off-road.

Being a veteran myself- it was important to me to use a fellow brothers, business- They crew was on top of everything- the snapped to it and put my car right in- great service- thx

The service was excellent including the follow up message asking if they could have done anything better. I first experienced Big O about a month ago. I stopped in one afternoon due to low tire pressure. I did not have a tire gage to check the pressure myself. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I will be a repeat customer.

All around great experience. I had a front wheel bearing on a Ford Escape go out, called around town for estimates and Bog O gave me both the best price as well as the earliest appointment. They got me in first thing the next morning and 2.5 hours later it was fixed and rolling again for well under$300. I will definitely be doing business with them again

I came into the store looking to have a tire repaired, The management was very professional and polite, they had my vehicle in the shop in no time at all. They removed, patched, remounted and balanced my tire. Shined the tires and had my car ready. To my surprise there was no charge for this excellent service. I have received far less from other locations and had been charged for it. When I replace the tires on my Camry the business will without a doubt go to Big O Tires in Murfreesboro TN.
