Great shop, great people!

The young lady was very polite and helpful. Everyone had me in and out so I could get back to my car and replace the 2 bad tires. They were helpful friendly.

I bought new tires and noticed a week later one of them was low I figured out myself it was the valve stem when I took it in they said the same thing but they also pulled the tire off the rim and checked the bead on the aluminum rims to make sure they were seated properly. All they really needed to do is tighten up the valve stem but they went above and beyond to make sure it was right. Thanks

The service was excellent including the follow up message asking if they could have done anything better. I first experienced Big O about a month ago. I stopped in one afternoon due to low tire pressure. I did not have a tire gage to check the pressure myself. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I will be a repeat customer.

Great customer service. They were friendly and very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. They checked out the car and let me know that one of my lights was out that I wasn't even aware of. I'm sure I'll be back to experience more of there amazing service. Two thumbs up for Big O Tires!

I came into the store looking to have a tire repaired, The management was very professional and polite, they had my vehicle in the shop in no time at all. They removed, patched, remounted and balanced my tire. Shined the tires and had my car ready. To my surprise there was no charge for this excellent service. I have received far less from other locations and had been charged for it. When I replace the tires on my Camry the business will without a doubt go to Big O Tires in Murfreesboro TN. Thank you gentlemen for all you do for your customers and our Veterans!

Never thought I'd be impressed with a tire store. But I was wrong. Everyone was super nice and waiting area was clean and a pleasant place to wait while my car was taken care of. I've already recommended this store to several people.

What a great experience. Staff was very kind, helpful, and professional. AND the best part, I was in and out in 40minutes. Was treated like a valued customer not a number. And it is good to know that tires are not the only service offered. Will definitely be visiting again!
