Big O Tires

There was a glitch with the tires I wanted being at the store. However, Jason and Brandi were excellent and the customer care they provided during a frustrating situation was way above and beyond. They kept us informed about what was going on and never once showed their own frustration. Once the tires did arrive everyone proceeded to getting them on the car. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely sing their praises to anyone that will listen, and recommend this store. Oh, and regarding customer care, Jason called me the following day to apologize, again, for the events of the day before, even though they were not anything in his control.

Everyone was professional and friendly, and I was shown repair problems and the best replacement to fit my vehicle.

Brandi was great. Pleasant and very accommodating. She made sure my expectations was set from the beginning. Will be back.

Had 2 tires replaced on 2/21/2019 due to a staple in the side wall. Tire was not repairable so replaced the 2 rear tires. Not 14 days later picked up another staple in one of the new tires. it also was not repairable. the protection plan saved me the cost of the tire. thank you.

The people I dealt with were great. Even called after the sale to ask if I had everything taken care of. I will be back to the store in Murfreesboro , TN if I have to walk to get there!!

This place was great!!! Usually when I go and get things done to my car at other places they try to sell me stuff I don't need and think they can up charge me because I don't know much about cars, but here I felt like they cared and didn't try to sell me stuff I don't need. Brandi was by far the most helpful and laid back person, she greeted me at the car and proceeded to be very helpful with answering all my questions. I'm definitely coming back cause Brandi is the best!!!
