Big O Tires

I wish to recognize Jason for his professionalism, courtesy, honesty, patience, and skills in helping me overcome car engine troubles. He made sure the problem was fixed and that I left the store (and service) as a happy customer. He went the extra mile in making sure all part of the engine were operating properly, not just the battery and alternator. I was referred to Big O by my sister. The gentleman who helped me was very courteous and knowledgeable about an issue I'd been having with my car that other businesses couldn't seem to figure out. I was very happy with the service I received and will be back for any car needs I have in the future. I will definitely recommend this business to my friends and family!

I needed to get an alignment for my Suburban. I called around to the regular places and they were all booked solid. I had been to this location before it was Big O Tires and was not impressed at all; but the Big O folks are wonderful and you should check them out! My Suburban went in at 8 am and by 8:30 am it was fully aligned and I just took it out for a test drive- at 90 mph it tracks perfectly down the highway! But here's the part that impressed me most. I arrived at 7:30 and had to wait till they opened at 8:00. The managers had a team meeting with the crew and had bought them all breakfast! Also there was a young lady on the crew and another as a manager. I really liked how well they treated their crew and customers. Keep up the great work!!!! P.S - The Hunter wheel alignment system they had was VERY IMPRESSIVE! They mounted big sensors on each wheel and the big computer screens let you see the work progress right from the waiting area which had great chairs, good coffee, and immaculately clean. P.S.S Jason met me right in the parking lot lol!

Overall I had a great experience. I dropped my car off. The store manager was upfront and very nice. I had my four tires installed, a transmission flush, coolant flush, and alignment. My car is driving very well and no problems have come up. I am very satisfied with the customer service and work done to my car.

Quick and nice

The store at 3307 Memorial Blvd Mugfersboro, Tn did a excellent job having my new tire put on in a estimated 20 minutes!! Jason Albertson greeted me in the store and was very professional thanks for getting me to my family's shrimp broil on time you guys rock!!! I will be back for my other three tires next month!!!!!!

Great 1st experience!

The two individuals who work / manage this location are always incredibly helpful & hardworking. As I sat in the customer waiting area, I observed the two of them diligently work through problems that had come up, answer the telephone, greet the new customers, as well as keep all of us in the lobby informed as to what the hold up was or what the status of our vehicle was. They both certainly had a lot going on & not once did it become a hostile or "stressed" environment like you may find at many competitors in the Middle Tennessee area. I respect that about them and I will continue to bring my vehicles, money, and support to this location. Thanks!
