Best service that I have ever had at a tire shop

Was in for a front end allignment and went ahead and signed up for the 1 yr unlimited due to I drive alot. Was very helpful and friendly

These guys are awesome. They've always gotten me in and out fast which is crucial to me as I make my living with my vehicle.

Went in to get a tire rotation on tires that weren't purchased at Big 10. The lady at the desk was very courtious. She got me in promptly & the job was finished in about 15 minutes. When I went to pay. She said there'd be no charge. A big but nice surprise. I plan to return for my next oil change. Thanks Big 10 Tire.

This place was great!!! Usually when I go and get things done to my car at other places they try to sell me stuff I don't need and think they can up charge me because I don't know much about cars, but here I felt like they cared and didn't try to sell me stuff I don't need. Brandi was by far the most helpful and laid back person, she greeted me at the car and proceeded to be very helpful with answering all my questions. I'm definitely coming back cause Brandi is the best!!!
