I was offended by the 3.99% charge for the credit card, the $4.43 charge for "�shop supplies,' and the $7.00 labor charge to install an air cleaner you already removed to show me. I won't be back.

Caroline was very helpful when dealing with me, a guy who doesn't know the lingo or what any options are. She went above and beyond researching different parts for me and "told it to me straight"� when they discovered issues that I didn't know about. She remembered to ask me how my weekend trip went when picking up my vehicle a few days later. Keep up the great work!

Went in to price Michelin tires for my Corvette after a low online price quote compared to competitors quote. Immediately ordered tires when price was confirmed for next day installation. Upon arrival..tires quickly installed and I was on my way..saving almost $40 per tire.

My high scores of assessing Big O Tires on Memorial Blvd. in Murfreesboro, TN is sincere and true. The attention I received by two employees was superb. Information was explained clearly and I was very satisfied with receiving additional information about a needed repair - brake fluid - that I knew nothing about. This visit was for an oil change, but next visit will include the brake work and two new tires. Staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. Trust means everything to me when getting my car serviced, and these employees earned my trust. Well done.
