My name is luther Greer Jr us army retired and brandy is the customer service representative at big o tires in Murfreesboro. Brandy is a great lady and my wife and I always enjoy her because she always greets you with a smile. She handled a tire issue for us and we purchased a tire from big o. We are very happy with brandy I have wrote reviews before for your customer service reps. Please give brandy a great raise she deserves it.great job on hiring brandy she is the greatest. Customer service there was great. Big O Tires went up and beyond my expectations. Everyone were friendly and highly professional with a willing to help attitude. It was a smooth process and the shop didn't try to shove all there different services down my throat like the others. I came in for one thing and that what I got it. Thanks a lot! I would recommend this shop to any and I will be returning for additional services

This is my fourth time having service at this Big O store and always find them very helpful, courteous, and typically the service is done while I wait. I appreciate the fact they are just around the corner from my home and will continue to take my auto to them.

Top notch service and quality throughout. The amount of service I needed on my vehicle I figured would take 4-5 hours. I was very happily surprised when it took less than 3, and even more impressed with the improvement by their workmanship. As a mechanic myself with over 50 years of experience, I will definitely go back for work on my vehicles.

I ask for a rotate & balance, They did a great job at a great price, I will definitely be back when I need something done to my vehicle

I needed to have a tire repaired before I went out of town. I went to Firestone who I had done business with for years. I was talked to ugly and told it would be 2 1/2 hour wait. I came here and was treated so awesome AND I tried to pay and they would not let me. I will definitely return and send others I know!

Jason and Brandy are always so helpful. Jason met me at my car and put me at ease right away. I have just started taking our family cars to this location and I will not go anywhere else! They are honest about the work that needs to be done and not after the $$. I appreciate it!

I was very happy with the customer service and quick diagnosis of the issue with my car. A part had to be ordered and was installed quickly when it arrived. The employees that I dealt with were courteous and helpful. I will definitely recommend this Big O to friends and family.
