Big O Tires

After my visit in July 2019, I questioned if I would ever return to this store again. But, I'm glad I did ... My recent visit in Jan 2020, was a totally different experience! Apparently, there has been management/employee changes since my July visit and it has made a 100% positive difference!

I had a couple spark plugs I was unable to get out but Troy and his guys were able to do whatever necessary for the removal of them. Everything else I needed done, they were able to do as well. Great team of guys, clean atmosphere and excellent customer service. What else could you ask for? Thanks again Troy.

treatment was quick and personnel was friendly

I had a 12 o'clock scheduled service to rotate my tires. Got there 1 1/2 early they got right on it and I was done in less than 40 minutes. Great customer service

They went above and beyond what I expected. They showed me some things I might choose to have done in the future and how much it would cost. I know my car and these particular things had not been done in a long time. I know these things are true so I felt they were being honest and in my best interest. They were kind and called me by my first name. I liked that.

I arrived to have an oil change (without an appt. but with my coupon which I received the previous week in the mail) mid-afternoon and was delighted to learn there was no wait. Service was swift and the staff were very friendly. I was especially pleased to be offered a free (complimentary) inspection (such as an alignment, tires, and other areas). Job well done. No pressure to have any work done, but was informed that two tires will need replacing within six months. Thanks (Gary) for your terrific service and advice.

Good people, good service

Reason to use this service was due to a slow turnover when starting the car. My only concern was that the mechanic should have shown me proof of a weak battery rather then telling me, "your battery needs replacing." Show me the data that indicates that. Perhaps the battery should/can be recharged.

The management staff was great, I came in 1 hour earlier to get a quote. Returned 1 hour later with my second vehicle for radiator flush. They met me in the parking lot getting my keys and asking if I was going to wait for the service to be done. I waited, only took 1 hour.. Greatly pleased
