My family has purchased two sets of tires from your store and I recently needed service to my Wheel Bearing. I was just getting ready to head out of town. Brandi was so helpful in finding a cost effective part and was able to have the repair completed. Madison was our tech and my husband was so impressed with her efficiency. Big things do come in small packages Madison!!

Allsome good make you feel like your home

I've never had a better experience in a tire store. Didn't try to up sell us on anything, for my truck in and out in 30 minutes, and at the END of the day. We had to order tires for my wife's car to be delivered the next day. The warehouse sent the wrong tires and the manager sent his son to the warehouse to pick up the correct ones. That's service! Highly recommend!

I had 7500 miles on tires I purchased at this store a few months ago and they have been great. It was Saturday but I wanted them checked for rotation and alignment. After saying that and that I could leave the car to the service rep, he just took my phone number and said he'd call when it was done. He had me on the computer so that was it. He got my car back in a timely manner and I'm a happy customer. Thanks Big O.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Replaced stabilizer bushings on my Escalade. Parts $44, total cost with labor $136.00. Well worth the cost. I recommend them to anyone in need of vehicle repair. They are honest, something hard to find in today's society.

Jason and Brandi, the two full time administrative employees at Big O in north Murfreesboro are simply a pleasure. I had a sudden problem with my 2005 Honda Accord. Jason ordered a new part in minutes and it was ready for installation by 8 a.m. the next morning. The cost was reasonable. Brandi helped me work the coffee machine and the car repair was complete within the hour. I trust these employees and feel comfortable to ask them to deal with any car problem.
