Big O Tires

Lady was extremely friendly.great price and service. One question : I used synthetic pot in past and went 50/50 blend this go around. I noticed approximately 10% drop in gas mileage ( I drive to and from Atlanta weekly ). Is this normal for a blend versus full synthetic?

Customer service is excellent! Please try and continue to get faster in services provided; I feel as though an hour for oil and filter change is excessive.

Brandy greets me in the parking lot on almost every visit and is always top notch in her customer service. This location does great work and I'm always confident that my repairs / tire work will be done quickly and for a good value. Good work, friendly, and reasonable

Bought a set of new tires for my car and was really impressed with not just the tires and their price but also the customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive. I was impressed enough that I'll now be going to them for my oil changes and other services for both of my vehicles. Veteran owned as well!! Now if they could just service my Harley...I'd take her to them too!!!

Came in on 6/28/18 to have my tires replaced, which was very much needed, on my truck. Now, I Penny pinch when I can and being a mechanic myself, I understand that good tires can be costly. I had a budget of $500 to work with so I knew that I wouldn't be getting the best they had to offer. The service writer went through a couple of options that were over budget for me. After telling him my budget needs he came up with a couple more options for me that I could work with. It was an "off brand" tire that I never heard of before that I decided to go with. I only drive my truck to and from work and figured I'd give this brand a shot. So far my truck has been a much smoother ride since getting the tires. The staff was very courteous and professional with knowledge of the products they are selling. My wait time was around 45 minutes which I thought was great for coming in around 11 a.m. on a Friday. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing tires or service.
