I want to compliment store employees Jason and Brandi for their superb service (replaced two front tires and also helped me jumpstart my car) and very warm social skills. They provided accurate recommendations about replacing two front tires and answer all of my questions in an understandable and open manner. Over the last month or so, Big O tires has done several jobs for me, from replacing a tire that my teenager shredded, to replacing battery terminals on my work vehicle, to a complete tire swap from one vehicle to another with a brake inspection and oil change. They are consistently polite, friendly, affordable, and fast. If I need work done on my vehicles, I'll come to Big O first. Huge props!

Stopped in for an oil change on my Volvo without an appt, first time there, they were very accommodating and friendly. Guest area and bathroom were very clean, you can see what's going on in the garage from the waiting room and the mechanics were knowledgeable and professional. They knew exactly what my Volvo needed and when I got the car back it was spotless-no grease gunk anywhere or dirty footprints! Will definitely be back! :)

Got to the store at 5:20pm looking at tires...decided to purchase...and was out the door by 5:45pm. Brandi was a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Will definitely consider using Big O for other auto services in the future.

I was very impressed with this being my first visit

I came in to get an oil change a week after having gotten on somewhere else. My mechanic told me that the misfire code my truck was showing could be the result of that previous oil change and low quality oil. Big O changed the oil and the codes cleared. I passed emissions. The mechanic said that this happens sometimes on Honda Ridgelines, either because of the oil, or because the rocker arm related to the code is located beside the oil pan and it might get bumped in an oil change to cause the code. He was right that a new oil change fixed it, which saved me a couple hundred dollars and got me to get my oil changed at Big O. Thanks!

Had $1154.00 dollars quoted for alot of work to be done on motor,,belts, knock sensors, idle arm tensioner on drive and AC system. Told them I couldn't afford it,,they knocked it down to $945.00. Veteran operated,,I'm a Desert Storm Combat Veteran myself. Great service! Only did what I wanted. My second visit, will be coming back. And would refer to anyone ( and I have). Thank you!
