The staff was friendly. They were thorough with the service and even took the time to fix a nail in a tire that we were unaware it had.

We just needed our son's car checked out before he went back to college. Very thorough check and did not present a laundry list to be done as most repair shops would take advantage of in that area. Super nice about it! And we felt much better sending our son back to school.

Brandy greets me in the parking lot on almost every visit and is always top notch in her customer service. This location does great work and I'm always confident that my repairs / tire work will be done quickly and for a good value. That's why I keep coming back and have now started bringing my mother's vehicle in too. Keep up the great work!

I usually do my own work on my truck but a times when I don't feel like doing it or it is above my skill set, I take my truck to Big O Tire. They are just downt he road, Brandy the manager is great. She always listens to me, never pushes me into anything, and is quick to answer my questions. So far, all the work they have done for me has been good and without issue. Are they the cheapest, no they are not. Do I feel like if they make a mistake on my work they would back it up, yes I do. That is why I use them. Trust me on this, cheapest is not always the best.

Bought a set of new tires for my car and was really impressed with not just the tires and their price but also the customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive. I was impressed enough that I'll now be going to them for my oil changes and other services for both of my vehicles. Veteran owned as well!! Now if they could just service my Harley...I'd take her to them too!!!

There was a glitch with the tires I wanted being at the store. However, Jason and Brandi were excellent and the customer care they provided during a frustrating situation was way above and beyond. They kept us informed about what was going on and never once showed their own frustration. Once the tires did arrive everyone proceeded to getting them on the car. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely sing their praises to anyone that will listen, and recommend this store. Oh, and regarding customer care, Jason called me the following day to apologize, again, for the events of the day before, even though they were not anything in his control.
