Big O Tires

100% pleased.

Had 2 tires replaced on 2/21/2019 due to a staple in the side wall. Tire was not repairable so replaced the 2 rear tires. Not 14 days later picked up another staple in one of the new tires. it also was not repairable. the protection plan saved me the cost of the tire. thank you.

The people I dealt with were great. Even called after the sale to ask if I had everything taken care of. I will be back to the store in Murfreesboro , TN if I have to walk to get there!!

Came in on 6/28/18 to have my tires replaced, which was very much needed, on my truck. Now, I Penny pinch when I can and being a mechanic myself, I understand that good tires can be costly. I had a budget of $500 to work with so I knew that I wouldn't be getting the best they had to offer. The service writer went through a couple of options that were over budget for me. After telling him my budget needs he came up with a couple more options for me that I could work with. It was an "off brand" tire that I never heard of before that I decided to go with. I only drive my truck to and from work and figured I'd give this brand a shot. So far my truck has been a much smoother ride since getting the tires. The staff was very courteous and professional with knowledge of the products they are selling. My wait time was around 45 minutes which I thought was great for coming in around 11 a.m. on a Friday. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing tires or service.

I always tell people how much I trust Big O Tires in Murfreesboro. They always give me a fair price and are honest with what the priorities should be. No one likes to spend money getting their car fixed, but I know that they will tell me what I need immediately and what I need to expect next time.

I wish to recognize Jason for his professionalism, courtesy, honesty, patience, and skills in helping me overcome car engine troubles. He made sure the problem was fixed and that I left the store (and service) as a happy customer. He went the extra mile in making sure all part of the engine were operating properly, not just the battery and alternator. It was unexpected but nice being greeted at my car. Loved the military discount. Work was done with not a long wait. Definitely will go back for service again.

I needed to get an alignment for my Suburban. I called around to the regular places and they were all booked solid. I had been to this location before it was Big O Tires and was not impressed at all; but the Big O folks are wonderful and you should check them out! My Suburban went in at 8 am and by 8:30 am it was fully aligned and I just took it out for a test drive- at 90 mph it tracks perfectly down the highway! But here's the part that impressed me most. I arrived at 7:30 and had to wait till they opened at 8:00. The managers had a team meeting with the crew and had bought them all breakfast! Also there was a young lady on the crew and another as a manager. I really liked how well they treated their crew and customers. Keep up the great work!!!! P.S - The Hunter wheel alignment system they had was VERY IMPRESSIVE! They mounted big sensors on each wheel and the big computer screens let you see the work progress right from the waiting area which had great chairs, good coffee, and immaculately clean. P.S.S Jason met me right in the parking lot lol!
