Big O Tires

I regularly take both my vehicles here for routine oil changes and tire rotations, tires, and occasional repair. I've noticed a couple new faces. They are very friendly and helpful. I didn't get my usual window sticker, but hopefully I'll get another email again like last time which was about spot on when it was time. The tires I bought back in the winter are doing awesome.

Met at my car. Gave me options on tires with info on each. In and out the same day even though tires had to be brought from a warehouse. Very pleased with the service. Would like to see the store have nitrogen for the tires. Definitely not a show stopper.

I requested full synthetic Mobil one and got standard oil change.i provided a Ford oil filter and was billed for a filter. I had brake rotor problems and was not advised of repairs needed. Otherwise I think everyone did a good job. Thanks

Was time for a tire rotation. Dropped by and was informed of how long before they could get to me. Came back at that time and service was performed immediately.

Wonderful

Great service and hospitality they took care of all my needs I was in there with my wife and 4 children and they offered to take us home till our vehicle was completed. But we waited instead. While we were there jason from corporate Colorado was there and he went next door to subway and purchased cookies for our children and couple of the other guests witch was great will all way go back to this big o tires! Very fast service, I had went ahead and bought the alignment service and steering wheel is off a bit. Note that I worked at a shop for six years i may critique the job. But now I will haft to go back to adjust to my liking.

They were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend. Plan on going back again.

Friendly people

Great service, and very fast in, and out time. I have been here before, and I'm very happy with the service, and will continue to go back. Everything is very professional and the service writer, meets you at your car when you arrive, as long they aren't busy with customers, which is understandable. Very happy! Keep up the great work!

Customer service there was great. Big O Tires went up and beyond my expectations. Everyone were friendly and highly professional with a willing to help attitude. It was a smooth process and the shop didn't try to shove all there different services down my throat like the others. I came in for one thing and that what I got it. Thanks a lot! I would recommend this shop to any and I will be returning for additional services

Great quick experience

This is my fourth time having service at this Big O store and always find them very helpful, courteous, and typically the service is done while I wait. I appreciate the fact they are just around the corner from my home and will continue to take my auto to them.

Top notch service and quality throughout. The amount of service I needed on my vehicle I figured would take 4-5 hours. I was very happily surprised when it took less than 3, and even more impressed with the improvement by their workmanship. As a mechanic myself with over 50 years of experience, I will definitely go back for work on my vehicles.
