Treated well and very timely.

Service and response was top notch, The shop looks to be equipped to work on all auto needs.

The first person (Robin, man) was not knowledgeable, trouble with computer and did not give me information of estimated cost or time frame for service. After some time I ask him how long would it take (replace tire and headlight), he mumbled something. Caroline at the counter took over and had someone go to my car and get the number off the headlight and had my car pulled into the bay also gave me an estimated time line. She was very professional, friendly and showed me my tire and recommendation. The '5' ratings are for Caroline; her name is not on my receipt, Robin would receive a 2, since he seemed unconcerned and in no hurry to service. My invoice list Ryan K.so I could have misunderstood his name.

I needed to have a tire repaired before I went out of town. I went to Firestone who I had done business with for years. I was talked to ugly and told it would be 2 1/2 hour wait. I came here and was treated so awesome AND I tried to pay and they would not let me. I will definitely return and send others I know!

My first trip was good. Ratings are subjective, and mine could have been all 4's or all 5's. More experience with your team will tell a more complete story.

I was very happy with the customer service and quick diagnosis of the issue with my car. A part had to be ordered and was installed quickly when it arrived. The employees that I dealt with were courteous and helpful. I will definitely recommend this Big O to friends and family.

They were very helpful and friendly. They rotated the tires on my truck and replaced a TPMS sensor for one of the wheels. Unfortunately the computer still isn't recognizing this sensor--I don't think it is the fault of the Big O store; it's just the wonderful software that Fiat-Chrysler put in the 2014 RAM trucks. I really appreciated the care and service that was given.

This was my first visit at Big O Tires, and I thought the staff were very nice. My wife and I were greeted In a very friendly manner, something that's getting to be a rarity these days at some businesses. The wait was a little bit long for just getting two tires put on , but I realized after looking around that this was due to the place being packed , so I completely understood. Aside from that. The prices seem very reasonable and the staff were very knowledgeable. Also I was surprised to find out that big O tires offered more than just tires. I did not realize that they offered tuneup's, break changes , and everything else it Seems you can get from a normal shop. We will most likely be taking our family vehicles here from now on .

My family has purchased two sets of tires from your store and I recently needed service to my Wheel Bearing. I was just getting ready to head out of town. Brandi was so helpful in finding a cost effective part and was able to have the repair completed. Madison was our tech and my husband was so impressed with her efficiency. Big things do come in small packages Madison!!
