Big O Tires

I needed a battery...I left my car running and went in and was told to park the car and they would get to it. Unfortunately the person who checked me in left and told no one and after my car had been parked running for about 40 minutes I asked about it. Fortunately I did because they had no idea I had come in. I was kind of dismayed that they charged about $70 to install a battery. So total cost was $240 which seemed excessive. I have loved this store but feel now every time I go in there is someone new to deal with...seems a lot of turnover in the management area. The best service has been from Troy.

Good job tire rotation and alignment

I've never had a better experience in a tire store. Didn't try to up sell us on anything, for my truck in and out in 30 minutes, and at the END of the day. We had to order tires for my wife's car to be delivered the next day. The warehouse sent the wrong tires and the manager sent his son to the warehouse to pick up the correct ones. That's service! Highly recommend!

Jason and Brandi, the two full time administrative employees at Big O in north Murfreesboro are simply a pleasure. I had a sudden problem with my 2005 Honda Accord. Jason ordered a new part in minutes and it was ready for installation by 8 a.m. the next morning. The cost was reasonable. Brandi helped me work the coffee machine and the car repair was complete within the hour. I trust these employees and feel comfortable to ask them to deal with any car problem. I was very pleased with the overall experience and knowledge of the staff. My experience was enjoyable and I will recommend it to all my family and friends.

The location at Memorial in Murfreesboro, offered quick service and had my tire replaced in under 20 minutes.

Brandi was very professional and knowledgeable. Since we came in on a Monday, the mechanic was off and we had to come back a second day for him to check front end. But this was only a minor inconvenience. We will definitely go back to Big O again with our other vehicles.

All staff were friendly and professional - both on the phone and in person. One minor glitch occurred. I was informed that the car part that I needed (to turn off the engine light, which was the reason for my visit) would need to be ordered; it would arrive in about an hour. We agreed I would receive a phone call when the car part arrived - a period of about 45 minutes. I could take my car and return for the installation. 90 minutes later there were no call so I called the shop and was told the car part (to deal with the engine light) just arrived. A phone call to provide an update would have been appreciated. When I brought my car back for the part installation it was immediately attended to (the job took about 40 minutes to complete). Not a major issue, but if a phone call (or any other plan of action) is promised, it should be carried out. I think very highly of the staff and quality of service of Big O Tire so this feedback is meant to be positive and hopefully helpful. I'm glad Big O Tire is servicing this area of Murfreesboro. Very friendly and answered all my questions. I rate this Big O store very highly!

My windshield wiper fluid was empty and not refilled. When I have gone to other oil change places they automatically fill it back up. Also I had to wait a few hours before my car was worked on while other places have me in and out in 10 minutes

The store is clean. The people are nice. After describing my problem I was offered a series of options from low cost to high cost. I chose the low cost option. Enjoyed a free cup of coffee while I waited. The work was done fairly quickly. The car's condition has been greatly improved.
