The person at the desk was friendly, but I just felt bombarded by upsells that I was perfectly honest up front that I couldn't afford. I know everyone has to make a living, but I told her I couldn't afford more than what I came in for and at every turn I felt like I was being asked to buy more and I didn't like that. I bring all my cars here and bought tires for the last two of them BUT you stopped fixing flats for free and that brought me through the doors. I hate that you guys stopped doing that and I think it was a mistake. Going to miss you guys as the competition does fix flats and rotate for free

Hmmm... I don't quite know how I feel about this recent experience. While it wasnt bad, the end result hasn't been too good either. While my vehicle is older, it's had several repairs over the last few years, many of which should have lasted longer than they have. It seems as though every time I have something repaired at Big O, something else goes wrong on the way home. Had a wheel bushing replaced only to have an electrical issue a few weeks later (turned out to be the alternator). In removing the axle to access the alternator it was discovered that the axle was bent. Hiven the fact that it was the same axle that had the bushing installed on it, I would have expected them to have noticed the problem then (that is if the bend wasn't caused by the bushing replacement itself). Given the location of the alternator and the fact that it was less than a year old, I'm beginning to wonder if it wasnt damaged during the bushing replacement. I now seem to be having a computer issue out of the blue immediately after leaving the shop. Considering the fact that they definitely plugged into the system to check that things were functioning properly, I would expect that they would have noticed if there was something wrong in that area. I like the employees at this shop, they're very nice and the prices are on par with the other local shops. That said, I'm not sure I'll be going back for service in the future

Great experience, the lady explained to me in detail about my brakes on front needed replacing and quoted me a price before we even got inside. Customer service was great..

I just moved to Tennessee from Alaska so I wasn't sure where I should go for minor maintenance. I saw Big O's and was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the level of care and customer service I received. Clean and organized facility. Nice staff. Thanks for all of your work!

I've sent my kids to have oil changes here and they both have been overcharged for more expensive oil than there cars required. 2009 Honda Accord does not need synthetic oil!!
