Big O Tires

Brandy was super nice. Having an issue with one of the lights that was replaced but when I called her back, she said to pop in and they would take a look. This is the second time we've used your facility for a repair and both times I've felt like your team was honest and professional. I don't feel like we are over charged. Thank you for that!!!

They took less than an hour to put new tires on my utility trailer. It might have not been the biggest job , but most places would have taken a long time. The quality was great and the service was great too. I've already referred family and I will continue to do so.

I could trust their skills and knowledge for getting my car fixed, but they were not kind to me at all.

We were traveling from Louisville to Atlanta when our low oil pressure alarm starting going off. We called BigO before we arrived and described the issue. Their tech correctly diagnosised the problem and had the part waiting for us when we got there. They got us fixed and on the road in 30 minutes. Awesome! So appreciative of their customer service and skill.

A lot of things done in a short time. Came in for tires but they were able to add an oil change, and alignment in the time quoted for the tire change.

This store exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend this store to family and friends.

This is my third visit to my local Big O store. Every visit exceeds my expectations in EVERY way. I will be back soon. They are turning my car into a new ride one job at a time.

Good price and quickly in and out

We've brought 2 vehicles here in the past month. They've done a fantastic job on both. They don't try to oversell, they just do what needs to be done.

Extremely professional and courteous. The team worked with us. While there a customer was being difficult. The Sales lady was nothing less than patience.

The guy at counter was trying to get me to buy tires....I just bought tires from Big O....said I needed almost $1000 worth of work on my car...I just needed an oil change

Just to slow

Staff was excellent at keeping me informed on what was going on and the progress of completion.

I usually love coming to Big O and am always satisfied with their service. This time I was coming in for a check engine light issue, oil change, and tire alignment. The light ended up being an issue with the gas cap, which needed replacing. I usually see Brandy in the front office (who I love because she's so friendly) but read greeted much differently this time. No one could find me in the system and they weren't very nice about looking for my name/starting a new account. All services were completed but all of my service lights were STILL on. I'm sure the issue is fixed and the sensors just weren't reset but that's extremely annoying because whoever drove my car into the parking place 100% saw that the sensors were not reset. I was picking my car up close to 4 pm on a Thursday and had to drive to Nashville to pick my husband up from the police academy, so I didn't have time to run back inside and spend another 20 minutes getting that fixed. It's a simple fix that could have been done saving me another trip. Usually so satisfied, but this trip was very disappointing.

We've been to the new location twice now & everyone is very courteous & nice. They took care of our vehicles promptly.

I got an oil change and the cost was $15 higher than the last one three months ago. That was with a $10 coupon as well. Seems like every time there is a new manager in the store there is a new price. What gives???
