Service is ok. My covered road hazard has been honored, however I rate the product as poor. I bought my car in 2013, it had about 40I miles on it, with original tires, not one flat. At Christmas this past year my daughter bought me a new set from your store in Knoxville, ($500) since then I've had 2 flats from road hazads. I've driven the same roads since Christmas. I feel like these tires are not good quality, and now I do not feel safe with them. They weren't cheap! The salesman said they were good tires. One more thing I'm disappointed in is my tires have not been in the store, my drive there is about 25 miles in heavy traffic, I've had to "come back" both times. I also had break pads installed, turned rotors and on the way home they are still squealing, (with service, charge) another $300 for an unsatifactory product) when I can get back to get my second tire put on, I will be addressing this issue also. Not sure service has the required knowledge to perform alignment on Mercedes Benz. Steering issues was not resolved; took auto to MB dealership ask for alignment without informing that alignment a been done the previous day; Dealership advised that toe-in was resolved - issue that I was aware; will not return to location for future alignments on any owned vehicles;

spilled oil on engine, didn't know how to reset tire pressure sensors, put 3 different amount of air in 4 tires.

Nice staff. Friendly and professional. My problem with Big O tires is the pricing. I've never paid $87 for something as routine as an oil change and tire rotation. That's why I do not recommend it. There are other locally owned options that are much more affordable.

Brandi was an absolute delight to deal with. She knew what she was talking about with every question I asked. Everything went smooth as it should have. My only complaint is that the guy who brought my car around, apparently had a dirty arm as I found black smudges on my door panel and handle.

My 3 cars have been serviced @ your place & it's always been great, & I've referred business your way. I dropped my son's car off last Tuesday around closing time with an A/C problem, got a call @ 9:30 Wednesday morning it needed a compressor. Car wasn't ready til 10:00 AM Thursday, which was not a big deal, but I was out of town that day. I sent my teen-age son to pick it up. He presented our $25 store coupon & was told he couldn't use it. She said we already had all discounts applied, then said if we had presented it earlier maybe we could've used it. You gave me the coupon & I've used similar before w/you guys, always presented it on pick up. Nowhere on coupon does it say present at a certain time. My son felt bad, like you took advantage of him because he's young. I hope that's not the case, but we've spent $1500 w/you on that car over the last 6 weeks, so a $25 discount for a returning customer shouldn't be an issue.

I just bought a tire to carry out and was charged over 7.00 $ for shop supplies added to the price ...? I got a bare tire not mounted what shop supplies? That was wrong and when I paid with my Debit card I was charged 5% which was 5.00$ more I would have and could have paid cash but wasn't told of the added charge I complained they said shop supplies was added to all tire purchases it's company policy.

I was in the store on Weds to have the tires I purchased put on my truck. For whatever reason the tech did not have my truck properly secured on the lift and it fell damaging both rockers to the extent they will need to be replaced. Local body shop estimates it at 3500 worth of damage, now I'm expected to take more time from my busy schedule to obtain 2 more additional quotes. I will be taking it to 2 dealers and I'm sure it will exceed the local body shop estimate 2 fold. 2015 Chevy Z71 with 20k On odometer. Brandi and Jason are exceptional people and have been the most curtious!
