I recently had a front end alignment and the tech was not able to align the steering wheel for some reason! One reason was that I need new tires on the front!

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Jason. He went out of his way to not only drop me off at home and pick me back up "when he said he would"; but, I had an issue with my credit card/checking account. I forgot I had a limit put on my card for my daily spending amount through my bank. When it was time to pay for the services done on my car, I was not able to pay the full balance with my credit card and the bank was closed. So Mr. Jason loaned me his personal vehicle to drive down the street to an ATM to retrieve the remaining balance of my payment. I was shocked that he actually did that. I've never had anyone to do something like that before especially since I've never met him and I was a first time customer. So yes, I would recommend them to family or friends.

I purchased 4 new Tires. Help at the counter was good. However, when tech would not tell me specifics about alignment only that it was out of alignment. Therfore, I did not have the alignment done. When I left I realized my tires were under inflated as I have air pressure sensors. They were also not all four the same pressure. And the sensors were not reset, so they are not correctly showing which tire is being read.

I was not greeted at my car like I usually am. The gentleman that waited on me was a bit condescending and smartalic not only to me but to other customers. Out of six people I saw come and go, he attempted to upsale every single one (finding obscure repairs he explained in technical terms as to confuse people). Not by coincidence, the one customer he didn't try to manipulate was a Nissan mechanic getting his tires rotated. Refused to rotate my tires per my tire warranty due to "swelling lugnuts"� and wanted $279 for replacement ones that are $39 on Amazon. They cracked a seal when changing my oil and charged me to replace it and I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the part that was supposed to be there in 10 minutes. Normally a good experience here, but this guy needs some lessons in customer service.

Customer Service is by far one of the best in the town, but the quality of service is very questionable. The first time I did not submit a survey on the quality of service with the oil change done on my wife's car and the cap not being placed back on due to the customer service and accountability being great. But the second time around with a horrible quality of service experience is very frustrating .

I have been a customer here for years and this is the worst service I have ever received at the Murfreesboro Tennessee store. They did not have an oil filter for my car and while they waited for it to be delivered they did not rotate my tires and it was a complete surprise to the store manager. I did not get an oil level check after the change. They need a better manager on site than what they currently have to get back to the level of service I expect and have received in the past at the store.

This store was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. As I watched and listened to employees interacting with each other it appeared they were happy to be working there. I feel this is a good sign of the business. I am happy with my new tires and thank you.

Immediately got my car in, but then the guys couldn't find the right socket to fit my 67 ford. Lack of knowledge. I just needed two front tires, what was a 30 minute task took over and hour. Lack of focus and urgency, looks to me.

Lady was extremely friendly.great price and service. One question : I used synthetic pot in past and went 50/50 blend this go around. I noticed approximately 10% drop in gas mileage ( I drive to and from Atlanta weekly ). Is this normal for a blend versus full synthetic?

Part that was installed malfunctioned upon driving off the lot. New replacement part was not ordered as promised. Repair originally occurred in May and after several weeks of phone calls and frustration, in July we finally got resolution. Disappointing that it took this long. Unhappy to hear there has been so much turnover. This was our go to place for repairs and recommendations, not so confident anymore due to the revolving door of employees and management.

I did not receive the new lug nuts that I was told would be put on my truck. Also, I was told there would be at least $100 in savings. At the end of the bill there was only $25 taken off my bill.
