Big O Tires

I came in with a check engine light on. after paying 95 dollar for a diagnostic I was told that my car needed new spark plugs. The total bill for pulls and a tune up was over $200. After a couple day the check engine light came back on and it was the same code. Today I was informed that I need a new engine. If I decide to have this facility replace the engine I would expect a discount of what I paid to fix the problem the first tim.

Very happy with the tires and service.

Had to wait 10 mins for someone to come and assist me. I ended up calling the store to get someone. That is uncalled for. Your prices are way way up there!!! $90 for a oil change and a air filter is ridiculous!! I can go somewhere else and only pay $40. The front desk lady was not nice and was on her phone a lot and wasn't friendly. She told me there was some things wrong with my car and I asked her 4 times to write the name of the stuff that is wrong with my car so I can get it fixed and she didn't. At the end I was fed up and had to wait an hour and some extra mins to get an oil change which could have been done anywhere else for 15 to 20 mins. Never coming back! Sorry but you all need to rethink your service! I have had way better.

Very friendly and helpful

1. Oil belongs inside the engine and not on the outside of it....four days after the oil change it is still smoking off the manifold and dripping off the skid plate. 2. Customers should not be leaving the store on tires with 30psi that actually require 70psi. I am giving this visit 2 stars instead of 1 as a benefit of the doubt as the manager was out of the store for the day.

Great service and friendly

Got an oil change and service was great, but went back the next day because something was wrong- car was pulling to the left. The rep test drove it, brought it back and said i needed an alignment and gave me a print out (which i din't understand) of some sort, and then he said , "oh and you have a nail in the tire"... i explained that might be what was causing it to pull to the left but he disagreed and said it needed the alignment and a tire repair/or a new tire. i took it to Discount Tires, where i got the last set of tires about 4-5 months ago...they took it in, repaired the tire and i was on my way- no charge. Couldn't help but think your rep was not being honest with me and not giving reputable service.

I brought my husbands car in for an oil change and they were fine. (Except for the fact of trying to upsell me on things that didn't even make sense, but i am a girl so i get that at every car repair shop) I went home and traded out cars and brought mine back for an oil change as well, and asked the lady if it would take about the same amount of time (30-45 min) she said just a little longer, so i walked back home and waited. After about 2.5 hours i called to see if my car was ready and they hadn't even started yet. So it was going to be about 1hr or so. I'm quite disappointed that i wasn't contacted saying it was going to take longer than expected. I had to immediately go get my car so i could get back to work. I was excited that this place was walking distance from home and could make a great repair shop, but will unlikely come back due to lack of consideration.

They make you feel like your home

Really needed just my break pad put on to stop the grinding. You wouldn't do it for me I was highly disappointed. I was also quoted a quote of 700 some which was outrageous. So all I had done was the oil change but I can go anywhere for that. I wont be back there. I was treated poorly.

It was unexpected but nice being greeted at my car. Loved the military discount. Work was done with not a long wait. Definitely will go back for service again.

The gentleman that greeted me and worked the desk was a total perv!! He seemed more focused on trying to "make me his side piece "!!!! Thank goodness for Troy the mechanic!! He treated me like an actual customer and focused on the matter at hand: my car. I was totally disgusted that a manager would act inappropriately to a first time customer. If I had just dealt with him I would never recommend this place. Something should really be done about this!!!

$862.00 and my problem was not resolved. Not happy.

Got an oil change, Brandi was great.

Had to come in twice to get truck aligned and still feel it's not 100%. Never got final printout of alignment values that hunter machine will print off. When I came back in the second time with truck pulling and wandering the values were all in red on readout as I could see it from waiting room. During second alignment I could see that at least the caster or camber of right front was still out but my truck was pulled off and I was told it was ready. Would not trust then to work on my vehicle or suggest service to anyone.

Friendly and excellent service

Customer service is not good. Very unfriendly and not welcoming. I miss the prior manager and will not be coming back.

Appreciate the honesty. Brought the car in and the estimated damage was $600, once they got in, the damage was not as bad as they thought and the final bill was $345. I was ready to pay $600"�so this was a pleasant surprise and completely unexpected. The service fixed the problem and the car is running great!
