If I could give 0 stars I would. Would not recommend them to anyone. Repeatedly were untruthful about the status of the repair and when it would be completed. Dragged out over two and a half weeks.

The service tech that wrote up my service was very prompt, diligent, knowledgeable ad reliable. She went out of her way numerous times to call the competition to find out prices for me. In a world of chaos and turmoil it is a pleasure to go somewhere and be treated with dignity and respect. I even returned to thank her and then had to go back because my TMPS gauge would not go off. It was my lack of knowledge knowing where the gauge button was at. But the tech took his time out to find it and all was solved. Great job and keep it up. Bert Coombs

First time getting anything changed on my vehicle and they were really patient and helpful, and were always looking for the lowest cost to me as well as the best job for me. Highly recommended.

The service tech said that I needed 2 new rims or have them bent back into shape, needed timing belt, needed 2 new tires. I took my vehicle to get a 2nd opinion to 2 other shops. Their outcome was that I did not need 2 new rims, they were not bent, nor did I need 2 new tires nor a timing belt. I still have 250k miles left on my timing belt, tires still have plenty of thread and Big O did a terrible job at aligning the tires, which was proven by Honda of Murfreesboro showed me their out of alliginment that showed then showed me the correct allignment once completed. I will not in the future have my vehicle serviced by Big O nor will I purchase any other tires from your establishment.

We had been going to the same tire distributor for several years, then decided to change to Big O, because of our old tire distributor treating my 17 year old daughter bad. I saw the sign where it said, veteran owned, so I decided to give Big O a try. I bought new tires for my Rogue and my Passat at Big O. I also bought a tire/balance rotation package for our new 2018 Altima. Everything was fine in the beginning. However, when we took out Altima in to get tires rotated, the service guys lost our wheel lock. They acted like they didn't care when we alerted them. Their reply was, did you even know it was there? Um, yes. It was there. How did you get the tires off? Duh. It was the first time we got the tires rotated on this car and the bag with the lock was kept in the glove box. The empty bag was there, but the lock was gone and no one can find it. So, we had to go back to the dealership and bought all new lug nuts at our expense. The second time we took the Altima back to get tires rotated, someone scratched the wheels up pretty bad. My husband said something to them, and he just got a shoulder shrug from the guy at the counter. No, I'm sorry. No, we should have put protectors on our wrenches. Nothing. No response. They didn't care. I rotated the tires on my Passat back earlier this year in 2019. I am meticulous about getting everything rotated at 5000 miles. I made an appointment online and brought it in. They rotated and balanced the tires. They did not give me a receipt. I came in to Big O last week to get the Passat tires rotated again since it had been 5000 again. They told me that I hadn't brought it in since I bought the tires in October. Whoever serviced my Passat earlier this year in 2019, took the order/service out of the computer and never gave me a receipt. So, one of the owner was there that day. I asked him why they would do this? He said, because it makes their sales numbers look better. Really? So, you are worried about your sales numbers, but not your customers?! So, now it looks like I'm not following the mfg guidelines. So, I guess now it looks like my warranty is void because they wanted their sales numbers to look better that day. Same thing happened with my Rogue. Got the tires rotated in February. Made the appointment online. I got no receipt, and I came back last week to get those rotated and guess what? No record of me being there in February. Extremely dishonest!!! After I am done with the tires on these 3 vehicles, I will NEVER buy anything else from these people. They are not to be trusted. When it comes time to buy new tires, I will be going somewhere else. I own 5 vehicles.

I was not at all happy with the experience I got at this store. I was in Murfreesboro for my granddaughter's softball tournament and got a flat tire was told to go to Big O tire for service when I got there my tire as not completely flat so I ask the manger if they would plug it and he said no they don't do that, that I would need to buy a new tire and didn't recommend me using the spare which I had never used before. I told him I needed to call my husband since I draw disability and would need his help but couldn't get in touch with him since h was at work. So the manger gave me a number to call for 90 days credit which I was approved for still didn't feel right doing that because of my income but as told I couldn't leave my truck on the property till I could get in touch with my husband so I feel I was more or less forced to buy the tires. If I didn't pay the tires in the 90 days they would have instead being 500.00 they would have cost me around 1200. 00 with the high interest rate. I am very unhappy with the your corporate office has not reach out to me at all and I have been trying to contact them since Oct of 2018 and the last time I called them was last week.

I typically do not respond to these survey requests, but I had a change of heart this morning. I will no longer bring my vehicles to the Big O located on Memorial in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The last time I visited your shop was when I had a brake issue. I brought the vehicle in and the guys said they would look at it and indicated they should be able to complete the repair same day. I received a call from the shop telling me the issue was with my rear brakes, not the front brakes as I had suspected. They said they would get it knocked out and it would be same day. I picked up my vehicle later that day and drove home. Something didn't sound right on the drive home. I took the vehicle back and let the senior mechanic give it a look. Apparently, the service technician installed the incorrect hardware to the new rotors installed by your shop. The service technician came out and asked me if my vehicle was a four wheel drive. I said it wasn't. He indicated the incorrect hardware was used and that was the reason for the loud grinding noise heard while driving down the road - apparently the hardware that was used was for the four-wheel drive version of the vehicle. Why is your technician asking me if my vehicle is a four-wheel drive? Shouldn't he know that? The service manager was very apologetic. The senior mechanic was very apologetic. Everyone was very apologetic, but the fact that my family was put at risk because of their lack of knowledge is one of the reasons why I will never go back to your shop. They did spend then next couple of hours driving around town looking for the correct hardware. They eventually found it and fixed the issue (i think). My vehicle STILL does not sound the way it should (in my opinion) and I have no confidence in your shop looking at it to tell me otherwise. I will have another shop look at the issue and let me know if there are concerns, and if there are I will then have to come back to your shop to have the concerns addressed. Your shop did give me a free oil change card, which I will not be using. You see this is not the first time your shop has put my family at risk. I came in for a routine transmission flush and your technicians did not tighten the drain plug to the proper torque specifications. As I was driving down I-25 the plug blew out and all of my transmission fluid spilled out onto the interstate. It sounded as if my vehicle had been hit my my an explosive. This was one day before I was supposed to take my family on a trip. I waited hours for a tow truck to arrive and then dropped off the vehicle at your shop. I extended grace to your shop and the technician. They knew the issue was big and they did everything they could to fix it. They completed the repair. To this day, I really do not know if there was any damage to my vehicle because of the lack of knowledge by the service technician that serviced my vehicle. I also had an alternator put on by your shop which failed a few months later. I brought it back and your shop replaced it with a new alternator and everything seemed okay. I will not bring my vehicles back to your shop because I simply do not trust that your technicians have the knowledge or competency to properly service my vehicles. It is apparent that your quality control is not what it should be - perhaps your guys are moving quicker than they should. I don't know - it's your responsibility to diagnose the issue. However, it seems like every time I have a repair completed at your shop, I have to come back for something to be fixed. It should not be this way. I have lost confidence in your shop. Its that simple. Please know that I am a Veteran just like you. I wish you the best in your business and I hope this response is helpful. Sincerely, John W. Whitt

Went to big o tires for front end alignment 109.95 plus tax. For 1 year. That bout $50 more than anybody else in Murfreesboro but anyways. Went in told them what I needed bout 5 min they had my car on the rack and bout 15 min later the manager said ok Mr Garrett ur ready it $130.33 (this was on Monday). But ur gonna haft to come back next Monday so we can finish the alignment cause we don't have the right tool to complete the alignment. So I asked. Why did u start the alignment if u don't have the tools to do it. I was kinda mad .but I let it go went got in my car and left. Could not drive it all week!!So Monday finally rolled around. Went back up there. Told them I was back for the rest of my alignment and told him what was goin on he remembered me well not me but my car.told me he needed to check in c if tool came in. Came back grabbed a card of the counter said tool didn't come in yet. Call back later in the week check and c if tool come in. Told him I wanted my money back this is bullshit. So he told me I had to talk to sum other jackass that was there at counter. So I told him what was goin on and the manager told me to be back today to have fixed so he calls her on phone to ask her if what I said was true.. never said anything bout me wanting my money back or anything. Tells me I'm gonna haft to come back the next day and get my money back because he don't know how to do returns. I told him he was crazy as hell somebody is giving me my money back today he told me I was a jackass and a bunch more shit while somebody else was acting like they was gonna to hold him back from getting me. While he was saying I don't give a fuck fire me I'm not giving him his fuckin money. It's not my problem And stormed outside so the guy that done the alignment called his manager never told her what happened just said I wasn't happy I wanted a refund and returned my money

I brought my spouses car in to have a nail removed and tire plugged. The tire was not repairable and I needed to purchase a new tire. I waited for the clerk to show me tire options and about 25 minutes later he told me the car was ready. The total for the one tire was 206.00. I asked him why he didn't offer me a choice of tires. He stated that was the only one they had. I have a sports car with 20 inch tires I had replaced at the dealership. I only paid 250.00 each for those. My spouse has a Jeep Cherokee. This was probably the most expensive tire they had. Also, an employee was in the office behind the reception area on the phone and the lobby had to listen to his dealings with an attorney concerning his ex wife and child custody. Overall a bad experience. Will never go back.
