This was not a good visit. The interaction between the manager and the garage staff was unprofessional, and the manager's customer service was curt at best. The clowning around in the garage didn't inspire confidence, and when they finally went to pull my car off the alignment rack, two guys got inside (on the lift) at the same time. Why? The car has a low clearance, and as they backed off the car bottomed out on the ramp causing a loud crashing sound. Both mechanics stopped and stared at each other, but rather than pull the car back onto the ramp to see what they hit, they just pulled it outside and decided to ignore it. I was standing there and watching the entire scene. When I complained to the manager, she went outside and let me know that she scolded them. What? I don't care if they were scolded, I wanted to know that they didn't damage the bottom of my car. She brushed it off by saying she had them look with flashlights. It was pitch black out, and they couldn't have seen damage even if they had wanted to. I had to take the car to my personal mechanic the next day and have them put the car on a lift to make sure no damage was done because the staff at Big O didn't think it was worth the time. Needless to say, I'm sorry I purchased the warranty on the tires because I won't be back, and I won't be recommending the shop to any of my friends or family. When I'm getting my car worked on it's kind of like going to the doctor: not only is it really expensive, but I have to trust the integrity and professionalism of those working on my vehicle. It's about safety and confidence on the road. I even called the manager and politely told her that I was disappointed in the way things were handled. She had little to say. Bad experience, indeed.

This was my first time at Big O Tires. I was treated not as a stranger but as a friend. I will be getting my regular maintenance work done here from now on. Also, I love my new tires!

I have been here twice and both times I have asked to have my tires rotated. Neither time have the tires been rotated. I watched the technician raise the car and lower it without taking the wheels off. Then the lady working the front desk lies to my face and tells me they did. I understand that it is a free service, but it's only free because it doesn't get done. Coolant and washer fluid were not filled either. I will not be returning. I never do these surveys, but I felt it was warranted in this situation.

Bought Big O tires, bought your alignment. Had the tires balanced. My truck handles worse than ever. Can you get it right again? I don't know. I am extremely displeased. It drove better with the old, worn out tires. I am giving you free advertisement to everyone I see.

During a recall product visit at my automobiles dealership I was ad bused that I really needed back brakes and the front brakes could wait a little bit. I said I had a feeling it might be time for brakes and would have to wait a bit and save money as they quoted $600+ for the job. I called Big O to get a quote to compare pricing. I was quoted $520 for a complete job, however, depending on what needs to be done it could be less. I made an appointment, brought the car in and they started on it right away. About a half an hour later, Jason came out and said he had news for me. After that dreaded sigh of "what else can be wrong' I asked what it was. His reply was " you don't need brakes, they are fine'. Now they could have made money that day, the honesty and integrity of this team is amazing. I love this store and will return when I really do need the brakes. Thanks so much Jason!

This place is literally god sent! The people are so honest and they genuinely want to help you keep your car as safe as possible! I love it and I'm never going to another tire shop! Also you don't have to be rich to get tires here.

Most expensive oil change ever!! $1,032.98 Went in Friday 6/21/19 for a routine oil change & tire rotation. Cost $64.32 Saturday 6/22/19, felt vibration in the steering wheel and a pull to the right. Figured something didn't get adjusted right during the rotation since I didn't have the issue prior to my visit to Big O's. Monday 6/24/19, went in to Big O's to discuss the vibration & pull experienced after the Friday visit. They told me my rotors were mysteriously warped, and needed to be replaced. Scheduled repair for Tuesday. Tuesday 6/25/19, new brakes and rotors installed. Cost of $378.86. Was assured all was well! Tuesday evening 6/25/19, service engine light, oil light, traction light all came on- my dash totally lit up. Noticed the car was running warm and seemed to be losing fluid. Wednesday 6/26/19- took car into Christian Brothers to see what was going on. As I pulled out of the garage I noticed a huge puddle of oil. My car had lost all its oil, and thankfully didn't burn up the engine getting it to Christian Brothers. Bill to remove and replace the engine oil cooler hose- $493.50!! Had no leaks or issues prior to my visit to Big O's. And add on a rental car for $96.30 while my car was being repaired! I'm now at a grand total of $1,032.98, which all began with a car that was running perfectly fine prior to a routine oil change. A cheap oil change is not cheap!! Avoid Big O's at all cost. I'm not sure what has happened there in ownership- but it's definitely not the same as it was a few years ago. So thankful for Christian Brothers in doing a quality repair- no one else will ever touch one of my vehicles. Lesson learned the hard way! Since I've several reviews with similar issues- you must realize that there is a problem and your service technicians need additional training.

Left my car at 8am for a leaky tire..at 330 pm they called asking where the tire lock was..took all day to look at by then they said " there is a screw in the sidewalk and it cant be repaired. We dont have the tire in stock." So they wasted the entire day. I also got the car back smelling like smoke inside!! Big negitive!! When I got a ride back to pick up my car it was also sitting outside with the window down and it was raining!! Took it to another shop the next day turns out there was NO SCREW in the tire. It did need a new tire but it was a split in the side wall..They had me up and out in less than an hour. I purchased a 1000 set of tires for my truck less than a month ago from you. Guess what?? Last time I ever go to your shop.

Had all 4 tires replaced in January 2018 at this store. Was provided lifetime rotation and balance. My wife who worked for Firestone for 10 years claims these were 'red dot' scrap tires based on the tire markings. Most recent visit was to get tires rotated and balanced, and to check for a 'knock' noise and vibration sound in the front. Car was test drove by manager (Jason) and told it was a broken motor mount. They would order the part and come back to have all service done at that time, including the rotation and balance. When returned, the motor mount was apparently replaced ($300 +) and was told tires were rotated and balanced. They were not (tires were chalked), and the 'knock' is still there. I took the car back and the front clerk advised there must have been a 'miscommunication' regarding the rotation and balance, and they put the car back on the lift and did the rotation. However, does not appear they were balanced, as there was no change in the weight clips, and continue to have the vibration, let alone the 'knock' problem was not fixed. Taking to another shop for a second opinion.

i had several things go wrong with my experience af Big O. I went in for a fuel filter change and I was told they could do an alignment on my truck cause they had the machine to do it so with them being a little bit cheaper (than ford) I decided to let them do it. They did my alignment and then put in another bay to change fuel filter. They broke the cap on my fuel filter so had to order another from ford. The lady came to me and said she would split the cost with me? So I agreed so I could hurry up and get to an important meeting. The manger came and said he would take care of the cap at no cost. (Which is what the girl should've done in the first place) well I was there for 3 hrs and missed my important meeting because of this! Then I drive my truck down the road and the alignment is still BAD! So, I took it back to them and told them that it was still pulling bad so I was going to pay them to rotate and balance my tires. He said they would fix it. I dropped it off at 8am and picked it up at 5pm. Now I have a squeaking noise that's coming from my steering column in the floor board and it pulls harder to the right now than it did before I took it in to Big O. I also didn't get a balance cause they said my tires were to big but they rotated them. Now all of a sudden I need new ball joints. None of these problems occurred until I got my truck back from Big O tires! So now I will be taking it to ford and have everything done correctly. I had an horrible experience with Big O Tires and they lost me as a future customer and as a referral!!
