I brought my car in on Thursday night because it was stalling on traffic and my check engine light had came on. Friday I got a call that I needed 3 sensors replaced (intake/exhaust, fuel, and crank) i was quoted $500 for parts and labor. My husband and I paid the price and picked up my car. Once we picked it up my check engine light was still on. I brought the car back up there on Monday night after my car stalled 4 times on the interstate with having my 3 year old son in the back seat. When my car stalled 2 or the 4 times it stalled we were seconds away from being hit from behind. I was told Tuesday that the light was still on due to my timing chain was going out and it would cost another $900 to fix. I was also told the air mass flow sensor was cleaned and a free oil change was done(which doesn't make sense since on Friday the lead tech Troy told me himself that the oil was fine). I took my car back again today so they could check why the check engine light was still on and was told that I wasted the $500 and the techs fixed what they thought was the problem. I asked well since you didn't actually fix the problem could I have a refund or have that money go towards the cost of fixing the timing chain and was told no. I only went to your company because that's where my car broke down in front of and I can honestly say I will never be back and will make sure my family doesn't go. I feel like we were taken advantage of and ripped off. I'm very disappointed and very unsatisfied. I forked our a lot of money especially this time of year with a 3 year old and the car still isn't fixed. After I left your company today I got 5 minutes down the road and my car broke down once again and wouldn't start which left me to having to pay more money to have my car towed.

Service was fine but was almost run over in your parking area by an employee who was in a very big hurry to leave. He was driving an older black Mustang convertible & came around from behind the building at a high rate of speed almost running into us as we were coming into the parking area in front of the building. We both had to swerve to avoid a collision. I mentioned this to the young man who checked me out & asked him if this was one of the employees & he said it was. He didn't seem very concerned. An "I'm sorry this happened" would seem to have been appropriate. I trust the young man mentioned it to the employee.

We brought my mother in law here, bought her tires, she's on a fixed income at age 77. We had two tires installed and an alignment done. Not quite three weeks later (under 30 days) a tire popped due to improper installation according to the tow truck driver/mechanic that towed her back to her friends house. We brought the car in and we're charged $35 dollars to install another tire when it was clearly a faulty installation/product defect issue. Not cool. A good company would have apologized for having incurred the added expense of the tow and fixed her damn tire because it's the right thing to do. I'll be on a social media push making sure everyone knows how she was treated.

None of the associates or customers were wearing masks. I was the only one. I have medical reasons and I am 65. I have had one COVID-19 vaccine and nearly 2 weeks before my final one. I am trying to protect myself and others until the pandemic goes into reverse. Otherwise, the associates were polite and explained they were short a worker and I might have to wait an hour for my tire rotation and oil change. That was not an issue with me. I have been a customer two years and will continue to be.

I set up my appointment for an oil change and alignment. I dropped it off the night before planning to pick it up in the morning. I never got a call to pick my car up, I had to call and when I showed up, they hadn’t done the alignment, only the oil change. I didn’t have time to wait for the alignment to be done, so I didn’t mention it and just paid for the oil change. I’m not upset or feel negatively about this location, just want to help you guys get better.

Troy is awesome he just needs to focus on maintaining the waiting area and restroom. Both had lights out and the floors were dirty. Also spider webs everywhere.

I believe the tip of one of my lug nuts was broken off. But accidents happen
