Big O Tires

It was a pleasure meeting the staff and getting my new 1994 Ford F-150 serviced for the first time at your store. Granted this old truck needed a little love and care after 221,000 miles of service your staff went through a multi point inspection and made several recommendations, all of which I agreed to having the service work to proceed. The new tires ride great and I'm pleased with the appearance. I do have one concern with the new steering gear box that was replaced. I was told to drive the truck a few days to see if the noise subsides when turning the steering wheel. I plan on returning the truck to further check on this condition, but other that this I am totally satisfied with my service experience with Big "O" Tire.

I love it being veteran owned and operated by several vets. Friendly and fast service. Will be back.

A few weeks ago I had a flat tire (nail in the front tire) of my 2013 Prius. I have decided to change all tires, since they were quite worn out, and fall for the online offer by Toyota Murfreesboro (TM), the dealership I have a service contract with. I ordered the tires and scheduled an appointment for installation. Interestingly, no one in the service department of TM could identify me as a customer who bought the tires online, thought I had the order number. They offered me, on spot, a 'deal' which was about $200 above the original price, what I did not accept. After two weeks of not being able to drive the Prius, I was at 'ground zero'. I drove the car (with the spare tire) to a new shop Big O Tires in my neighbourhood to ask for a quote. The guys there were extremely helpful and efficient, put me back to the road within half an hour (without an appointment) and with a nice warranty and road side assistance plan, for about the same price as TM originally offered. I do think that such fair local business deserve more appreciation than they usually receive. I'll, for sure, go back to this shop.

Service was good but really missed Brandi and Jason as I understand they are no longer there.
