Big O Tires

I had just went to the Ford Quick Lane Service Center and was told I needed brand new tires, a battery and a $215 alignment to my car. I had just bought tires and a battery the year prior and was taken aback by the expense of the alignment. I decided to call Big O' Tires and they fixed my alignment, assured me that my battery and tires had plenty of life in them, charged me half the price and made me feel so much better! I highly recommend Big O' Tires to everyone!! They will give you an honest answer!!

The staff & mgmt. is always friendly & knowledgeable. I brought my vehicle in about a month ago & they informed me I still had about 1200 miles before I had to change my oil on my new Jeep. I really appreciated the honesty and as soon as I hit 5k miles I brought it in to have the oil changed & tires rotated!

Sent my mother up for a tire rotation for my truck. She's not very knowledgeable with mechanics. She let me know how they explained everything. And made her an appointment because they were a little busy . She went back. In and out . Explained everything to her . And she may start going to this location now as well with her car

Changes management a lot

I work 7 days a week with the vehicle I had serviced. They worked with my work schedule so I didn't have to miss work. I work for the post office and will suggest to all my co-workers to use this location.

Manager met me before I entered door. Repairman met manager and me at desk. I was kept informed of problems. Repairs were made quickly, accurately, and professionally.
