I got everything I needed taken care of in one stop, including a new headlight. It only took about two hours.

I got an appointment for Sunday by calling the day before. I was able to use a coupon to get a discounted oil change.

I never do reviews but I just have to this time. I just drove from Upstate NY to Knoxville TN, by myself. When I was about 6 hours shy of Knoxville my tired started to shake bad and then the steering wheel choke violently. I looked and no flats. So I tried to continue to drive, however it became so bad I pulled on side of highway and it dawned on me to check the lugnuts and low and behold, the front driver tire was barely screwed on!! I tightened it as good as I could with the tool under the mat in the trunk, however knew I'd need professional help. My friend in Knoxville recommended I take it to this location and she's lived here almost 20 years so I trusted her opinion. She was right!!! The guys helped me torque my tires on to the correct setting, got me in and out in under 5 minutes and no charge!!! Really, seriously they deserve a thank you. As a single woman traveling alone they very well could have charged me 100 or better and I'd have never known the difference. Honest and nice people. I highly reccomend. Thank you again to the men that helped me.

I my rotors where refinished took away the shake I was having while breaking. They left a hook on the car called me immediately to let me know.

I am so grateful for such an amazing Big-O-Tire location! I purchased a set of Cooper AT-3 tires for my ram 2500 and dropped a lot of money on them. They noticed I had a stripped lug nut and replaced it free of charge also! I love that they offered free rotation for life on the tires! I have had my set rotated twice since purchasing, and the Callahan location has had me checked in and leaving in my truck in less than an hour both times without a scheduled appointment. I convinced my dad on buying his set of tires for a ram 3500 through Big-O-Tire as-well and he was very happy with the service. The Callahan location is awesome, staff is great, and I will continue recommending all of my friends to this place.

The associate was outstanding. Service good. Neat and clean. The time it took was also very good.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and only had to wait 30 minutes to get the oil changed and tires rotated and everything checked out
