Mr. Mac Wansley was extremely pleasant on the phone when confirming the appointment and after I got there he continued to be pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile by explaining the difference in tires and was very honest about the whole process. I did not mind waiting while my vehicle was being serviced. And while I was waiting he checked in on me several time to see if I needed anything. I WILL RETURN FOR FUTURE SERVICE!!

They were extremely responsive to my immediate need. I experienced a flat tire which is never something you plan for. It happened night before, found tire flat this morning and was able to get in to this location as soon as I could get there. That was a super pleasant surprise as my past experience with other service related companies. The gentleman that took my call was pleasant, knowledgeable, and even funny which helped calm my upset at having the flat tire. The experience could not have been any better !

Took my vehicle in for new tires. Talked to an associate which helped me decide the tires to buy. Communicated with me via text message pictures showing me my brake pads were worn out. I liked having proof of something rather than just verbally saying something is wrong. He called and told me my options for replacing pads and rotors and have me an updated out the door price, so there were no surprises. Have dealt with Big O Tires for a few years now and am very satisfied with the service they offer. Two thumbs up.

Good price on the tires I selected. The staff was very friendly and had the product mounted quickly. I will say it took a bit of time for the alignment check, but I think I was there in total for 1.5 hours. Not too bad.
