I walked in on a busy Sunday an hour before closing. I had a blowout on my trailer on my way in from Nashville. Ron knew I was desperate and made things work. He sold me a new tire, got it on the trailer, and I was back on my way back to Nashville within 45 minutes. Great down home service!! I could tell it is a well run shop. Its clean, all the staff looked professional, and everyone was friendly, right up til closing time. That's hard to find now days. I really appreciate the service.

Guys were nice. Appointment was easy to schedule. Told me up front the cost. Location looks good. Waiting area was great. Guys working there didn’t wear masks though.

I needed a new tire. I had to go during my lunch. They were able to put on 2 new tires and made it back to work on time.

I had a flat tire. A small nail. I was able to get the tire filled and make it to Big O Tires. They were so professional, thoughtful and pleasant. They determined the tire could be repaired instead of selling me a new one. They explained what they would do and even showed me a chart showing the placement of the nail and that it feel in a good area to allow for a repair. I have always gone to Big O Tires since moving here in 2015 and always been happy with the service and friendliness I receive. I have recommended them to several friends.

It started last year and had a blow out in Shelbyville KY off I-64. Had immediate service the next day by Big O's at that exit with the Red Roof. Big O's in Martinsville, IN serviced my vehicle in November and they were efficient as well. Moved to the Knoxville area and wanted a Big O's that was closest to Maynardville. Scheduled an appointment on line and was greeted on time by the manager. Service and Staff were all excellent. Will be going back for required maintenance.
