Perfect location. Great staff. Friendly smiling faces. Since they opened up this location I have already had two of my vehicles serviced here. They have earned my business!

I was grateful they squeezed me in to their already busy schedule. I had a roadside flat, and wasn't sure I would get the tire replaced on a Saturday. Thank you Big O Tires!

Dealership could not match LED headlight bulb locally. Had to order myself.

Went in for oil change, tire rotation. Overall inspection was done, oil changed and noticed the tech lowered the vehicle to garage floor without rotating tire. Asked counter employee and said they weren't complete yet. Also recommended an air filter and took longer than "usual" in my opinion for part to be delivered. When filter was replace noticed tech removing lift arm from underneath vehicle. I again told counter staff that my tires still hadn't been rotated. When he checked he said tech said 2 best tires were on rear of vehicle therefore they weren't going to rotate

Waste disposal fee little high and shop supplies a little high

Needed tire repaired since I had picked up a screw. They patched it but didnt tell me how much it would cost. $35 seemed high to me but at least I didnt have to buy a new tire. I understand

Was not asked about Tire protection plan that they charged me $162.00 for.

Appointment time not honored. Had to wait 2 hours after Appointment time for vehicle to be brought in.

I had an appointment and it was around 50 minutes before my truck was taken back. Overall I was there a little over 3 hours which has never happened anywhere even without an appointment. Also was a little disappointed that my spare tire was put in my truck bed instead of under my truck bed. I had a flat a couple of days before I got tires so I was running on my spare.
