Big O Tires

Had an appointment for 8am. Wasn't complete until after 3pm. 7 1/2 hours just seems like a long time for 2 tires.

Scheduled appointment online and selected four tires and oil change got a quote that I was happy with. When arriving at store the tires are ordered were not in stock and the closest and "cheapest" they could get would increase my bill over $200. When I said that I want a cheaper because they were cheaper options online than the ones I selected. Then he found another set that were somehow cheaper than the cheapest set he already found I agreed to that but I was not happy about it.

This was the second visit there where the spare was not put in the trunk correctly. With the wrong side down the tie down would not work so I had turn the spare over when I got home. Also, the cover over the spare was not placed correctly.

It was better than most other places..but there is always room for improvement that is only reason I didn't say "highly" satisfied. It is clean. A nice waiting area. I really like the window where I can watch the work being done.

When coming into the store, 3 employees there, no one greeted us upon entering the store. I'm very big on that.

I thought the service was OK. My tire light was not reset. I had to take it back as the other tires were not checked when they put the new tire on so I had to take it back and get them to balance my air in my tires so the light would go off

Problems in past

I thought the price of almost $1000 was rather expensive for for Toyota Prius tires. I will definitely have to shop around before my next tire purchase.
