I asked that my vehicle be left for me, with the keys under the mat, since I couldn’t get back by closing. This was done, but my vehicle was locked with my keys in it. It was my only set of keys and I had to break into my window to get into my vehicle for the keys.

Asked to be told after alignment was checked and before alignment was was started. But they did not tell me it was out of alignment. They just started fixing it without telling me.

Made appointment online. Got a confirmation email that the appointment was set. Showed up at the store and they did not have the tires I ordered, nor could they get them without additional shipping charge. Changed to another tire (same brand and style but different size) that was available at local warehouse, but had to schedule another appointment and return the next day. The customer service was good, but "highly satisfied" means nearly perfect to me, and making two trips was definitely not perfect. I am satisfied with the tire install. The guys did a good job, down to using a real torque wrench to assure proper lug nut torque. The lesson learned is call ahead, don't rely solely on online quote/scheduling.

I was sold road hazard option after tires were on my vehicle and I had paid for an alignment. I feel like this should have come up during pricing. I thought the $1100 I spent on 4 tires included road hazard. It did not, and I didn’t know this until the new set was installed, balanced and aligned. $1200+ Later they gave me the option of road hazard protection…… that’s a dirty sales tactic…..

The price of the tire I purchased was high.

My appointment was approved, but the tires I chose were not available for three days. I drove 45 minutes to get there, so I chose other tires that were available.

My last purchase of tires was the big o brand tire with 80,000 mile warranty. I only had 50,000 miles on my tires. They said I would have to prove that I kept the correct amount of sit in my tires, prove that my car stayed in alignment and that they were rotated at the correct intervals for my warranty to be valid. I was not told any of this when I purchased them. I did do all the necessary things but I cannot prove it. I will keep better records this time. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
