Big O Tires

No employees masked. We're still not in the clear of this virus and my family is high risk.

It was just satisfactory. The job was completed without any issues.

The time it took to replace two tires and a oil change. I had also requested to repair my rear tire. When I came to pick up the vehicle they had not repaired the rear tire. I waited an additional hour to plug a tire.

Was told my truck was finished but tires had not been balanced. I waited while it was immediately done. I will return for service again. Thanks everyone!!

Did not have the right meter to read the code on my truck. Not a super huge deal but disappointing nonetheless.

I had made an appt for 9:00 am for oil change,tire roation,and brake inspection. I dropped off my vehicle and said to call me about brake inspection. They called me less than an hour later and said your vehicle is ready,brakes were fine. When I returned to pick up my vehicle,I again questioned my brakes.The guy went back to talk to tech and said,Im sorry,I misread the paper,your brakes are NOT fine. Long story short,I ended up leaving my vehicle other night because of the things that were wrong. They did give me my oil change free and labor for calipers and I do understand things do happen BUT this should have never happened. Once I got there and if I didn't question the situation again,driving the vehicle until my next oil change could really have cost me much more problems. I had to arrange to be with out a vehicle and for someone to to pick me up many times and to drop me back off.

My truck calls for full synthetic oil they said. An oil change with full synthetic was going to cost over $100. I had them just use regular 5W oil and it STILL cost almost $50. That is ridiculously expensive just for an oil change.

I sch an appointment to have my tires rotated & balanced & it was painless & they had me in and out in under an hour.

Big O tires does what they say they will do. To get a highly satisfied you have to go above and beyond. Such as give a car wash or vacuum my car. Many dealerships offer that type of service. Overall Big O tire is the best for what it does. Pricing was good. Customer service was really good.

It took longer than what had been estimated. I did not want to wait inside because no employees were wearing masks so I waited outside and it was a long wait (about 2 hours) to sit on the sidewalk.
