The place was clean and seemed well run but none of the employees were wearing masks. They are required in Knox county Tenn. by ordinance of the Board of Health and they show a proper concern for customers health.

The store got very busy and I believe they just fell behind schedule a little bit. They were very considerate and apologetic for falling behind.

The price for a full synthetic oil change was about $20 higher than Walmart the last time I was there. I am not sure of Walmart’s current price. Your staff was great! So that may bring me back to check prices for the next service I need.

Since I scheduled an appointment I felt the parts (brakes) should have already been ordered or obtained prior to my appointment time. Instead of having to get them while I was waiting. IF I had been asked I would have been happy to pay in advance for the parts. The whole process took 2 hours. I felt this was too long for a simple brake job.

I asked that the factory spare ( 25 years old ) be replaced with the best of the four outgoing tides. The spare wasnt touched and no mention was made of why. I can live with this, hkwever, the '$650 quote turned into $900 after all the fees and a $140 protection plan I was not informed about. Conveniently, the receipt page was folded to hide all the charges. So, fool me once- shame on you. This is plain misleading and dishonest business. I will not be back and like the dealership that failed to do their end of some major depairs, I will tell everyone I can about Big O.

Horse play needs to stop when work is to be done! Stay off cell phones when working, and they could meet the scheduled time to be finished. If you’re going to lie about why it took so long. Remove the picture window in customer’s waiting area where the customer can’t watch their every move.

The service guy tried to act as if I needed a battery and I knew I didn't(my battery is not that old). I don't like feeling like the salesman is trying to sale me something just because I am a women. When I come in for a oil change that is what I want.

The price is very high. They do a decent job but every time I bring my vehicles there I end up paying more than what I was expecting.
