Big O Tires

Not a lot. People today just don't want to work.

Find a way to save & pull up quotes. I picked a set of tires and was given a quote; I scheduled the following Saturday to have the tries installed and when I arrived no one knew anything about the service, nor could they pull up the quote, I had to provide a picture of the quote from my phone so they could get the tires. It took over 5 hours to get tires and to get my car back.

$35 to plug 1 nail in the tire is not what I expected. I've been doing business with Discount Tire for over 15 years and never once paid to patch or repair a tire that didn't need to be replaced. Most tire places will not charge to plug a tire! If I wanted to be charged $35, then I would rather go to the dealership!

Pricing changed from what I was quoted when I called. Associate who told me the price went up was extremely unfriendly and rude. I was about to walk away and take my business somewhere else, but Joel, the associate I talked with on the phone resolved the issue and gave me the pricing he originally quoted. They also didn’t seem to have my appointment in their system....

Thought was way to high because I bought tires there 30 bucks to fix nail in tire is ridiculous

No employees were wearing masks at any time

Over priced just to patch a tire.

I live more than a hour away from the location I visited. Purchased tires and alignment, but they couldn’t do an alignment the same day and told me I would have to come back. Waisting my time and gas. The manager called and said he would cut a deal. 10 dollar discount on the alignment. Don’t even cover the gas driving back and forth to big o. Very dissatisfied. Was recommended by a friend to purchase there. Never again.

If same techs are there will not be back. Manager was ok. Techs seemed lost and confused about a simple task of raising a truck to plug a small nail hole. Even got a quote for new tires but after this I will go else where..

I had an 11 am appointment. At noon, I checked with an associated because my car was not in a service bay yet. I was told it was "next". My car was taken back for service around 1. I understand that bad days happen. I just wish I had been told at 11 that it would be 3 hours to get my oil change and tire rotation done. Oh, and the alignment check wasn't even done, because of the time issue. I could have had someone pick me up rather than waiting.
