Be honest with your prices and charges. Don’t just say “that’s how they get you” when you charge me a different amount than the o e you quoted me at first. Aside from that, you forget to confirm my appointment after confirming on the phone and paying a deposit.

I asked about having my TOM monitor looked at and reset. The associate said they reset it but my lights are still on in the vehicle. He made me out to be stupid. Very disappointed in this associate and the work that wasn’t don’t to fix my TPM

If someone takes the time to actually schedule an appointment ahead of time, they should be taken care of fairly close to the scheduled time.

Unfortunately, I won't be having a "next experience". A tire that was not quoted to me was put on my car and I was not contacted. The cost was also way more expensive than I was quoted and several other "charges' were added to my ticket.

I received a bait and switch. Advertised tires at a lower price online when the appointment was made. When I arrived the noted that they did not have these in stock and that they attempted to call, which I have no record of. But of course there was another option that was more expensive. Kind of the classic bait and switch, for which there are multiple laws against.

Scheduled tire repair and oil change. On arrival couldn't locate appointment. Didn't have time for oil change. Charged me 31. For tire patch.
