Order everything from the warehouse the first time. I spent an hour waiting on an oil filter after the technician had already ordered the supplies needed to fix a cross-threaded tire lug that that location was responsible for the last time I got my tires rotated.

i had purchased an alignment plan through ntb and have used it at this location before and now it’s not honored here, no good reason why, this has been a big o store for years and they have always honored it in the past

I'm really confused about why this location does not have to follow the mask mandate laid out by the county. Every other business I have been into requires masks, of associates and customers. I did not feel comfortable staying in the building. I don't intend to come back either and I have been a loyal customer for years.

Because I went in and ask for a tire to be changed and purchased a tire which they said was 196$ and then they did the work was done and my bill was $255.48 they charged for labor, shop supplies waste disposal . Most places will balance tire for free when you purchase and my old tire was in back of my car and they took it and never asked if I wanted them to get rid of it and I have no clues what shop supplies where None of this was explained up front

My steering wheel is crooked after getting a wheel alignment at Big O. I was told that the adjustment nut on my tie rod is stuck but they did not really offer to fix it or explain the problem in detail. Also, you guys charge an arm and a leg to mount and balance.

It took them three hours to replace the TPS in my drivers rear tire. Not because it was completed, but because they weren’t working on it. I asked them to put air in my tires and rotate my tires as well. They didn’t do ether of the two. Over all I was very disappointed and have no plans of returning

Add-ons were all over my bill and none were communicated beforehand. An accurate quote might have made me come back. I just feel ripped off.

The wait time quotes was “in and out in 20 minutes” which was inaccurate because we were there for an hour and a half for one tire. Secondly, the technician who put the spare tire back in threw it in the spare compartment without any of the pieces in the foam and not screwed down. I had to take the time out of my day to do what your trained technician was supposed to do that I paid for! Highly unprofessional.
