Was asked if I wanted filter changed didn't know it wasn't on site. Had to get filter delivered then it was the wrong one had to wait to get another one which took over 45 minutes. Took almost 3 hours for a job that was technically done in under 2.

I made an appointment for my tire purchase 5 days in advance. I feel it is reasonable to expect that the tires I was purchasing would be held for me if in stock and ordered if not in stock. I took a day off work so I would have plenty of time for the tire installation and wheel alignment, if needed. I received a call about 15 minutes prior to my appointment time informing me that the tires were not in stock and would need to be ordered. I agreed to let them order the tires to arrive the next day around 12:30 to 1pm. I was promised I would be called as soon as they arrived. I made arrangements to be away from work around that time. When no call came by 1:05pm, I called the store to check. The tires were there, so I went in and had them installed. No problems except for the ridiculous $25 shop service charge. Fortunately, they removed it when I complained. I didn't have time to have the alignment done at that time, so my wife took the van back in the next day. I was shocked that they charged her a $8.55 shop supplies charge for a simple wheel alignment! How dumb do they think people are? I doubt I'll be back.

I purchased four tires. Immediately I began to feel a shake in the truck. I took the truck back and they rebalanced the tires. It still had a bad shake. I took the truck back and they found one of my wheels to be bent a little and a bad tire. Two problems came from their solution: 1) They swapped my spare wheel with the "bad" wheel. Then failed to fill the tire to capacity. I didn't realize this until a couple miles away and had to return. 2) They promised the tire would be in the warehouse the next day. The warehouse sent the wrong tire. He promised to call me yesterday to tell me if the tire came. He did not call me. This has been a horrible experience and I will not return.

I was expecting 2 hrs with appointment , but it took me calling and demanding my car be ready that I was coming back to get it. 3 hrs is just to long with appointment.

I was given a quote of $519.40 for 4 new tires on Monday August the 19th (Quote # 70875). On Wednesday August the 21st I was BILLED $602.09 for 4 new tires even after using a $50 coupon. Invoice # 042006-70875. I questioned being overbilled to JOHNNY COPPOCK and he was indifferent to the problem.

Starts with the front desk man telling folks he can get them in right away no wait, also while the work is being done, if you see something wrong let the customer know & or if you couldn’t get the work done right let the customer know. Not wait till the customer ride off & call you guys & say ya didn’t do the job right the problem is still here then say oh bring it back tomorrow & we will check other things, no, that should been done while or after you did the work and understood the job wasn’t right. Just terrible service

Tried to charge me for a part without asking. Got home and found your pressure to be 25 & 30 lbs instead of the 35 that was marked on my paper. Clearly didn't check air pressure. Also my TPS light was on but paperwork said it was fine. Clearly didn't check that either. If you aren't going to check those simple things, how am I supposed to believe you'll check more serious issues in the future?

First have a customer service representative working the front counter that remembers what services the customer ask for and an alignment technician who is competent and actually knows how to perform the task of an alignment.

I would like to speak to someone in corporate about this situation. I took car back to get all the sticky off my wheels after showing the manager all the problems. Sat in lobby for over and hour for them to take it back and got frustrated and left.
