Big O Tires

Bought tires at this location and wanted to charge for balance after rotation. I have bought tires for over 10 years at big o and have never paid for a balance

I called the Big O Tires location in Knoxville, Tennessee earlier today when it opened. Upon answering the person who answered informed me he was with another customer and asked me if I could hold. I said, "Of course." 17 minutes later (the telephone has a counter) I hung up and called back. Again, I was put on hold for another three minutes. I figure things must be going well at that particular location because 20 minutes on hold is beyond acceptable. I suggest that after three minutes on hold the telephone should reroute and ring on the location's end. I understand being busy, but the lack of responsiveness just cost the company another customer. I was prepared to spend money today.

Hire people who care about their job and the service they give people. Not just money hungry individuals

Fix what is wrong with the vehicle, they couldn't get my vehicle aligned and kept on making excuses why they couldn't do the job correctly

Vehicle was returned with 4 lug nuts on the wheel and was told to call manager on Monday to make it right. This is where my tires were purchased and had to travel 50 miles because of improper installation.

Instead of ignoring an obvious problem and not telling me about it, inform me of the problem so we can fix it the first time instead of having to bring it back and it taking hours to fix.

Selected the tires I needed on line, scheduled the appointment. Arrived on time only to find out the tires I quoted were not available. Associate said it would take 5 days to get the tires. I scheduled my appointment over a week earlier. Just a waste of my time and will never be back to this joke of a business

The tires is got service tech couldn’t get them to balance so they put Beads in them and they still did not balance I have to return on Monday to see if I can get this taken care of

Quoted one price. Tried to charge another. Scheduled an appt for 8am. Work had not started over an hour later. Kept putting other customers in front of me.

Bought new tires they said car needed front end alignment.left when completed car pulled to right and steering wheel was off center a quarter of an inch.brought back they had my vehicle on alignment rack four times .all the way up till closeing nearly 5 hours . Left with car still pulling to right and steering wheel still off center. The vehicle is a 2018 Toyota 4 runner with 40 thousand miles first set of new tires that I put on it since bought new. The car never pulled right and steering wheel was never off center.i took it to toyota dealership where I bought it new and had alignment check .it was off .so I had to pay for another alignment. I have called big o tires and ask for a refund for a service that they did not do correctly.told them I have paperwork from dealership showing bad alignment. They said they couldn't refund. Only the owner could .still have not heard anything. Very dis pleased with big o tires.
