Called for a quote on purchasing and installing 4 tires. Spoke with 'Ron' who gave me a "total price" of $463.17 before the $100 instant rebate listed on your website. Called back later to schedule an appointment. Spoke with 'Mike' who indicated Ron had stepped away. Verified with Mike total price quoted by Ron before setting appointment. Brought car in and left for lunch. Car was ready upon returning but was told the bill was $507.58 after rebate. I was not able to distinguish right away why the difference since I had added a $79 wheel allignment and $39.96 tire protection plan. Upon further study at home of my bill I figured I had been overcharged about $25 over my original quoted price by Ron and verified by Mike (who waited on me at your location. Just for fun I called your other 2 Knoxville loations and was quoted $500 out the door for a better tire with no rebate included.

In April of 2019 I purchased new tires from Big O. Six months later in Oct of 2019, I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had put about 8000 miles on my care in that time. Then this week I came in for another oil change, and had put on about 7000 more miles. I was told my tires, my brand new tires with only 15,000 miles on them were trash and needed to be replaced. Furthermore they would not cover them under warranty because they said my car needed an alignment. Nothing was said to me about an alignment when I purchased the tires, nor when I came in for a rotation. There was no mention of any issue whatsoever, then 7000 miles later, my tires are trash. This is completely and totally unacceptable. Big O is the only place I have used for car service for the past five years. And unless somehow this issue is resolved, it will be the last time. Furthermore I will make sure as many people as I can know about how I was treated and the lack of service.

I bought a LivingSocial coupon. It was supposed to be a COMPLETE oil change. Nothing was said till the work was done and they held my car hostage and charged me almost $20 more than the coupon was for. I was told that there was small print saying that EXTRA charges were not included in the price of the coupon, including the cost of the oil filter, labor AND, OF ALL THINGS, SHOP TOWELS. I have been paying for oil changes for over 50 years, using Groupon and LivingSocial for over 10 years, off/on. THIS IS A TOTAL FIRST. I can see extra charge for synthetic if I bought the wrong oil, but really, this is the FIRST time I have had to pay extra for the necessities AND shop towels. If I ever shop at Big O for anything, I would need to be put out of my misery for stupidity. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN OVER 50 YEARS.!!!!!!

You are an essential business and I am grateful the store was open. However, this county is a hot spot and has a mask mandate laid out by the Health Board. No one in the store was wearing a mask or practicing social distancing. I was unable to just drop of my vehicle and leave. There was nowhere outside to even sit and wait. I am very disappointed with the way this store is handling things.
