Great customer service. Very good communication. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Right front passenger tire blew out for it had picked up a bolt. Luckily and by the grace of God, was close to Big O. I walked to Big O and asked for help. They immediately helped me. That day, those guys were my heros!

3 Big items for me: 1)The online site was easy to navigate and let me select an appointment that met my needs. Which was immediately. 2)The gentleman working at the counter made the intake process as painless as possible and was incredibly chipper at 7:55 in the morning. 3)The work was completed quickly and at a price that very reasonable. As a bonus, it's nice to receive a text message from the store following up on the service I received.

The person I dealt with was Jimmy, he was very friendly and professional and very knowledgeable about cars and tires. He helped me with what I needed and was great!! He is the best of what big O is!! I will definitely come back

After a horrible experience at firestone where we dropped our car off at opening and got it back at closing, and they had not touched our tires at all, this was a dream experience. We dropped out car off at 8am and got the call it was ready within 2 hours. We were elated!

Service was completed early. Employees were receptive to questions, and were clear in their responses.

The tires I wanted were not at the location, but they got them from the warehouse for me, called me as soon as they were there and took my car back within just a few minutes when I got there.
