Jimmy and Shawn took great care of me, they weee pretty busy but still took the time with me. They are very nice and knowledgeable!!! The store was very clean also

I dread car shop visits…usually a lot of condescending car talk and inconvenient appointment options. I went in expecting to leave with an appointment for my leaky tire. Big O changed my experience with on the spot, friendly service. They diffused a stressful situation by offering an easy, no-problem solution.
