Big O Tires

I was going to another tire store to buy my tires and I call to check the availability of said tire and was told they were in stock so I asked my boss to leave early and called to let them know I would be coming and was told that there was no way they could install them so I searched for a different store. I actually made an appointment online with you guys for a Nitto G2 and the next day I got a phone call from Sean say they didn’t have them available and he emailed me a couple of quotes for a different tire so I chose one of them and I asked him if he could have them at the store that day he said yes and I asked him if he could have them put on that day he said no problem. I showed up and they went straight to work on it and I was in and out in about an hour.

Because of recent medical issues, I needed help getting running boards installed on my new truck. BigO was able to get me on their schedule quickly, and they clearly explained the costs. At the end of the day, they completed the service in less time than expected. Everyone was friendly. The waiting area made it easy for me to get work done while I waited. I will be back.

They were on time, very efficient and friendly. They were able to fix my leaking tire. I was very pleased with that and my tire rotation.

The associates clearly explained things and were very knowledgable about what I needed to have done with my vehicle. When I called a couple days later, the associate explained what I wanted to know and was very helpful.

The shop guys where very friendly and helpful. The service took little to no time to be completed. The technician parked the vehicle and turned the steering wheel which was convenient for myself to start my vehicle when I left.

Came in for my wife’s car tire have a slow leak! Associate explained that they would not be able to fix it and have to replace the tire! Gave me a couple options which were a little higher than I wanted to spend and offered to go get a cheaper tire! Instead of making me wait for them to go the other tire gave me the better tire for the same price! Around a $40 savings! Exceptional service and timeliness!

Service was performed in a timely manner. Work was great, front end alignment and tire rotation met my needs. Staff was friendly and curtious.
