Friendly staff. Made an appointment over the phone, showed up 5 min before appointment time and my car was on the lift 5 min later. Provided an inspection report with a list of recommended services required and was not pressured into doing anything on the spot.

Midas personnel identified a mechanical issue unrelated to the oil change which would have impacted the safety of driving our vehicle. Upon the advice of Midas personnel, we took the car to the appropriate shop for repair.
