Could you please change my store to the sysosset midas since I am not happy with the one in commack since they do not honor the appointments . I would like to use midas but not at the commack location.

I needed a last minute oil change and they accommodated me. They also noticed my inspection was coming due and they took care of that too. I was in and out quickly and they were also very friendly. I will definitely be back.

Car got fixed...then broke...not their issue...but then gave a price over the phone that didn't get honored etc...and the person I 100% spoke to over the phone was on break while they were actually speaking to me....its sad a business operates this way. Pe

I was pleasantly surprised at how the entire aspect of service went at this midas location. They were extremely well organized and had all the information needed about my car even though they were not the original dealer. I had numerous work done from an e
